Welcome to the World of EntrePi

Entrepreneurship is the talk of the town. The hype around it is growing with each passing day. It is impossible for a person to not hear about startups, recent funding, or a billionaire’s pursuit with a bird company in a social gathering. However, I would like to draw your attention towards something that is extremely important yet is not one of the social currencies we exchange with each other.
Contrary to popular opinion, entrepreneurship is not solely about venture building. It is one of the main focus areas; however, entrepreneurship is much more than that.
It is more about creativity, risk-taking, and being opportunistic in every way possible. You are an entrepreneur if you have applied a creative solution to a problem of yours or others. People might name it differently, but that’s what you are.
The essence of entrepreneurship, whether applied internally or externally, is to create value. Just like the Greek letter Pi, the best part about entrepreneurship is that the value it creates is intangible and indivisible. It always has a trickle-down effect and affects more people and processes than you initially thought.
For example, if you are creating a gifting solution for people in and around your city. Even though you might only count the end user as your business transaction inadvertently, the business’s ripple effects are far more than a person can fathom. The entire product cycle benefits from your entrepreneurial initiatives and activities, from manufacturing to delivery partners. This effect is not something to be thanked for but should be passed on through entrepreneurial initiatives and activities.

I believe that everyone has the potential to be an entrepreneur, and it is our responsibility to create an environment that allows people from all walks of life to pursue their dreams.

It is important to not only encourage these initiatives, but also do so in the correct manner. I strongly feel entrepreneurship is anything but traditional, and for such a thing, our ways have to be a good blend of a scientist’s experiments and an artist’s canvas.

The key element of making entrepreneurship contagious and passing on the necessary skills, values and attitudes is not by making the social currency talking points reach everyone, but rather focus on the basic tenets of entrepreneurship and make people understand it as the initial step. Once the right cogs come into place, it would allow people to harness their creativity in ways we have not seen because the power of entrepreneurship is truly indivisible.

Living and breathing the mission to bolster the culture and spirit of entrepreneurship in the country, EntrePi is coming soon with a product that helps the cause.
